1) Press and hold the button located at the top of the massage gun for 3 seconds to turn it on.
2) Adjusting the Speed:• Once turned on, the default speed is set to the first gear. To shift between speed gears (maximum gear is four), press and release the button located at the top of the massage gun.
3) It takes 1.5 hours to fully charge the device. Once fully charged, the massage gun can operate for up to 2 hours.
